Equipment Manager
#1
Checked through the site and couldn't find anything about this. Hopefully Search didn't fail me!

Patch 3.1.2 provided a new feature within the game for which players had been clamoring for years: an equipment manager. Like similar addons created in years past, it allows you to save equipment sets and quickly select and edit them. I've found it invaluable in recent months and love it. Really do. Most excellent stuff.

Unfortunately me (and others with whom I'm spoken) can't seem to get it to work on Conquest of the Horde. I know how to use it; I take advantage of the feature extensively on my characters on retail. It just doesn't seem to work on this server. Given what an invaluable tool it must be for roleplayers, I'm surprised that this is so. Is there a relatively simple way to get this to work on the back-end? Or is this something time-consuming that wouldn't be worth the effort?

I realize that there are addons that do much of the same thing, but -- despite my love of addons -- I'm loathe to download one when the features it provides are already within the game and working just fine. Thank you for your help and consideration!

Regrettably, the ArcEmu devs have not been able to get it working yet. Most unfortunate, for a server such as ours!

Oh, my heart! Such sadness! Thanks for the quick response, Kretol. Guess I'll have to make do with an addon.

Look on the bright side, they havn't got it working yet. That means they're working on it and bright fellows like them will have it in no time!
