First and foremost: Tell us about yourself, as a player.:
I've been gaming for a long while, not necessarily a "Born Gamer" but gaming is definitely something I get the most enjoyment out of on a day-to-day basis. My first RPG game was, surprisingly, World of Warcraft and inevitably I've been hooked ever since. I never enjoyed the PvP element of the game, though. As well as finding most PvE activities fairly long, boring and moreover monotonous.
As a player I never want to be the "Hey guiz look a' me" type of player, if anything I'd rather be seclusive in-game. I prefer the mysterious, "lore-filled" roles, albeit not always of absolute vital importance to Guilds/Characters/Lore.
As a person, I'm reclusive, not agoraphobic, reclusive. I don't socialise well with IRL people; I live in the countryside and my only friend moved a while back. Music and gaming is really my only gained satisfaction; they're me, in many respects.
What country do you come from? What is your primary language?
I come from the United Kingdom, more exactly England, the county of North Yorkshire in the province of Harrogate. My primary language is English, although it may be worth mentioning I'm somewhat fluent in Spanish.
How did you get into Warcraft?:
Funnily enough, after I saw the South Park episode "Make Love, Not Warcraft" within a week I requested to own it. I've been hooked ever since :P. As previously mentioned I'm not a big PvP player, I've been drawn into the vicious circle of online competitive gaming and it really didn't and doesn't suit me. I've been playing on private servers since May '09, I've rarely been back to retail since.
What made you seek our server over others?:
I was frustrated and annoyed over the persistent PvP-orientated servers, which led my to Google to simple search "WoW RP Server" which lead me to Conquest of the Horde, hopefully, this'll be my new home.
What kinds of roleplay do you enjoy?:
I'm honestly a very flexible player, I can sit back in a Tavern in Ratchet, per say or I could happily fly through the Netherstorm and fight whatever beasts may reside in Northrend, Outland or Azeroth.
What is your favorite race/class? Why?:
I seem to always lean towards choosing the more human-esque races, by this I mean BE, NE, Humans; because I can't play a gnome or Tauren happily. Maybe it's because I can't stretch my imagination, I'd call it subjective. I realise that Blood Elves and co. may be common, but I think they have the best lore, and they have an obvious opposite, in Night Elves.
What are your expectations of this server?:
I expect it to be a sanctum of sophistication and good ol' role-playing. I believe it will keep me entertained and I hope to even use it as a gateway of meeting new(er) people. I also realise that it's very serious about RP standards and lore. So I hope I'll fit in just fine!
Out of all of our rules and regulations listed on our server, which appeals to you the most?:
The anti-discriminatory rule, to be honest. I like the idea of one big 'family' in an unprejudiced society.

This certainly was no idealistic society. I was unequivocally underwater, no bearings, no use of my legs. I gazed around in my already blurred vision. There were others. A 1950's-esque ball of sorts. Men in pinstripe suits and women in beautiful frocks and dresses. A blood stained carpet, and marauders and bandits in the distance. I could hear screaming, but my hallucinatory dancers kept dancing and dancing, in their supreme bliss whilst others were subdued by these oxymoronic events.
I wiped the sweat from my brow, my waistcoat ripped and bloodied. I had done this...

Just to clarify, because I may have misread something, is this a cross-faction server (e.g. Alliance + Horde can communicate as 'friendlies') ?
