Quick newbie question

Alright sorry, I'm brand new... So I have a quick question...

Let's say your in character and somehow die but it's not supposed to be like that... What exactly could you do to "void" that?

Do you mean like, getting accidentally killed by a random mob when RPing in a higher level area?

You just rez, or have someone rez you if your RPing with a class able to do that. No questions asked. It happened to a friend I was RPing with once and I simply resurrected him and it didn't even phase the group, however they did kill the bad guy that got him and cracked a few OOC jokes in raid, then continued on RPing.

So all is well in that case  .
Aanya Ambersong- The conflicted Soldier of Fortune.
Julianah Graven- The fanatically self righteous Zealot of The Light.
Shaavi- The Fighter who is willing to test her mettle against everyone, and everything.

Being killed OOCly when you're level/grinding isn't anything important, just revive as normal.

If you're killed ICly as in someone kills you in the Roleplay, you die and need to wait a week to revive and write a resurrection post and have that approved.

Want me to elaborate on any of them? Feel free to ask.

If you don't want your character to die ICly, try not to put the character into situations which could lead to death =) Know the possible consequences before running into something, heh, If your character dies reasonably, and you regret said death, then just follow the resurrection guidelines as suggested by bounty 8>

If you were killed by another character against your wishes (in an unreasonable circumstance), then the person who killed you is most probably godmodding. If that's the case, then just retcon the death. Try to reason with the other player, and if the player continues to insist that you're dead, approach a GM >.>

In this case, make sure you -always- have the screenshots proving that you're right. :)

Mob death, whether it be OOC or IC, I consider to be a bit of an exception with death rules. I admit that I myself have died a couple times on accident. Just res and go on. If it's an actual IC death by another player, follow what's been said before. They can probably explain it better than I.
