First and foremost: Tell us about yourself, as a player.:
Hi there. My name is Jordy. I play WoW for over 5 years now. I've RP'ed heavily for several years now. There's not much I can tell about me. I'm a rather serious RP'er. I forget everything around me and live my life inside my character.
What country do you come from? What is your primary language?
I'm from Belgium. I speak fluid English. My primary language would be Dutch.
How did you get into Warcraft?:
I got into Warcraft when I was around 9 years old. My mother bought me a new game for Christmas wich was called Warcraft II. I immediatly became addicted to it. When Warcraft III hit the stores, I was one of the first to get it. When WoW released in Belgium, I had no idea. I was at a computer store where I saw it. The words that crossed my mind first were "awesome".
What made you seek our server over others?:
Well, I have heard about this server a lot to be honest. I'm always looking for a serious RPing server. And I hope that this server brings me just what I want.
What kinds of roleplay do you enjoy?:
I enjoy all kinds of roleplay. I like to start of with some relaxed RP. Then after the relaxing RP, I'll pick up my bags and leave for the wilds. I will hunt animals, fight thieves and other mongrels.
What is your favorite race/class? Why?:
My favorite race and class would be a Dwarven Paladin or Warrior. I love dwarves, they can be relaxed people, drinking an ale on a sunny day. But when you mess with them, you'll get the sharp piece of their axes in your back.
What are your expectations of this server?:
I hope this server will provide me the RP I am looking for.
Out of all of our rules and regulations listed on our server, which appeals to you the most?:
Be respectful. At all times. This is not optional. Show respect to your fellow players, regardless of their faction or affiliation. We are all playing this game to enjoy it, and being rude or disrespectful to another player does not enhance anyone's enjoyment.
I'd pick this one. Just because I find it a very good rule. I've been on a lot of RP servers where the players just ran wild on eachother. They flamed other people and the GM's didn't do anything about it. I'm happy to see a mature RP place like this one.
Lastly, tell us a story! It can be short, it can be long; but most importantly, we want to see your work in action. Go!:
All right, off we go.
As the last lights were turned off in the great city of Ironforge, Guard Duran went off on his final patrol.
He picked up his Torch and Axe. He kissed his wife Amisha goodbye and left his house.
He walked trough the Great Forge off to the front gate.
He lighted his torch. He knew Dun Morogh was a dangerous place at night. He grabbed his axe tight.
When he walked down the main path, He heard a loud noise behind him.
He turned around and got knocked to the ground.
He quickly jumped up and pushed the beast away.
He watched closer and saw it is a Big black bear.
The bear charged at his again, The warrior quickly reacting trew his axe at the bear, splitting it's skull in two.
He struggled back at the gates.
He felt under his armor and noticed the bear had heavily injured him...
He never made it back to the gates, and in the morning, the early patrollers found a dead body, covered in red snow...
