Whoa, I got to thank you for posting this. As soon as I downloaded it, it starting going to work. Guess I had a bigger problem than I thought. Still trying to figure out the ins and outs but the situation is better than it was before. Thanks again.

Glary Utilities - Can't be assed to summarize this. So I will include all the info on it, for the lulz. For 7 megabytes, this is a very useful tool. You'd probably be suprised just by running this once, how much useless stuff is on your computer. My new laptop that has been running Windows 7 for a month and this program has gotten rid of 200 mbs of crap. Yarrr.

Any Free Registry cleaner programs?
I have a Ikernel.exe problem. If anyone has any methods to fix this it would be appreciated. Basically anytime I try to install somthing, it says Ikernel.exe can't be found or something of that nature. It's my installshield engine. I hear it's due to a corrupted OS. Not sure though. Any help would be appreciated. The Family Tree

Anything that has to do with a "kernel" file has to do with your OS. If I were you, I'd back up your files, and re-install windows. Otherwise you're going to kill yourself trying to figure out this problem. Make -sure- that when you get everything up and going that you install and update all your antivirus and spyware programs, and do a scan.
That way you'll catch whatever is doing this to you. These are the programs I use, and they can be found at download.com Avast SpyBot Search and Destroy CCcleaner Malwarebytes I use window washer for some stuff, but a lot of the "advanced" services that you have to pay for are covered by Avast And SpyBot SnD.
