Question regarding Gruntship
#1
Hey there.
I've been away for awhile (see my absence post) and I recently found one of my characters in the Wiki. (Fastaran)
Now, I'm under the impression that only characters that have been approved and promoted to Grunt status are placed there, yet I think there may have been a mistake. The reason I'm not PMing this to a GM is maybe I'm simply unclear as to the process and where I'm at within it. My character is in the Wiki, yet I don't recall getting any notification that I was approved and such, and my forum status is still Peon...so I'm thinking there was a mistake, like I said.
I just want to do it right and such :D

Thanks for your time, and if anyone could help me out or clear somethings up, I'd greatly appreciate it!

You are correct! Only profiles of Grunts should be on the wiki. That said, sometimes GMs do make mistakes and inadvertantly move other profiles over early.

Alrighty. I'm just wondering if I should re-post his profile on the forums to get approved, because it's apparently gone. I'd be happy to, of course, I just don't want to assume and take up forum space from others who've been seeking approval longer than myself. Thank you!

The profile was approved; it was just incorrectly moved to our super-secret, GM-eyes-only, final approval subforum rather than moved to the subforum for those profiles that have been approved pending gruntship. Approval is approval, Damian! As such, I feel that there is no need to repost your profile -- and you're free to post your next, if you so wish.

However, I would encourage you to be active on Conquest of the Horde before submitting your questionnaire for gruntship in order to obtain that final approval. The requirement for gruntship is approximately one month of active playtime and, given your recent extended absence, you would probably receive a message requesting that you try again in the future. Just in case you're considering submitting it!

Welcome back, Damian!
