The battle was fierce. A human and a blood elf paladin. Mordus managed to fight off the human, who fled like a coward. He was a traitor, and would be dealt with later.
But the real prize was the blood elf who remained. She had beaten back Haim. Mordus charged her, and before he knew it was engulfed in flames of the Light and flames of Fel. But Gortael still stood. Commanding his Fel Guard, Gortael managed to defeat the paladin.
Mordus returned to his senses, badly burned. On the ground lay the paladin, beaten and bruised, nearly unconcious. Silesta. Leader of the Blades of Autumn. And now, she was the Circus's.
"We must take her to the Catacombs. We will enslave her. She will be a fitting addition.". They rode into Deadwind with haste, and entered the tomb beneath Karazhan.

Mordus had stripped her, lying her on the alatar. He pumpecvel energy into her, chanting in Eredun. She would become his and Gortael's slave. She would serve the circus. And she would never betray them.

And Annabelle...she would be horrified. The thought gave Mordus great pleasure. He wanted to have his way with the elf, but quickly was overcome by tiredness. He went to his tent, and began to rest.
