1.0 Introduction
The Tori Associates is a newly-formed group that does 'favours' and 'jobs' to anyone who can pay a matching price. Yes, in other words we mean we take Assassination contracts, jobs that involve stealing, protecting, smuggling etc.

We are based Worldwide, and often do jobs within Main Cities, towns, and more, but we are mainly based in Stormwind. We do jobs for all races and accept all races into our association.

2.0 Headquarters
Our Headquarters is the pub 'The Veiled Wineglass' in the Park part of Stormwind. It's a fairly spacious place that looks like something that people would actually enter for a drink, or maybe dinner.

If you just want to be a bar tender or a chef for the pub, without associating yourself with any criminal activities, then you can.

Being that it's placed in Stormwind means that only Alliance members can actually enter it, though we accept horde members aswell.

3.0 Ranks
There are a number of ranks within this guild, from being a bar tender to being a hitman, all with different duties and responsobilites, They are listed here in order by rank, with a colour that grows stronger as the rank grow higher-

Boss-Person who runs the place, and makes all the important decisions, He/she is the highest rank within the association and must be respected at all times.
Officer-Makes decisions alongside the boss. Is the second highest rank within the association.

Hitman-A high ranked individual that can fullfill a job no matter what, and is seen as an elite within the association. Getting this rank is extremely hard and requires the most toughest of individuals. Anyone of this rank is capable of killing someone within seconds, and even leave the body somewhere far away from the murder scene to make it seem like someone else did it, plus get away with it. They can do this and far more.
Boundarymen-Keeps the peace, you will see someone of this rank commonly patrolling the pub, the area around the pub and even following high-ranked individuals as body guards. They also accompany Slavetraders, Smugglers etc in their business, helping them as the person with muscle. Like they would be the person that helps capture the slaves, guards them, and is there when the exchange takes place. They also help out Smuggler by being somewhere near them, without looking like they have anything to do with them, so that if anything happens to the person smuggling the goods, they can assist them in any way. Boundarymen are also Body guards, who protect people for a sum.

Spy-Spies on someone with them knowing, and can even find out information for someone. A spy would normally just be a constant ear, listening to everything he's victim says, and gathering information.
Slavetrader-Is in charge of the slave trade part of our association and has the responsibility of making sure the slaves are okay, kept alive with minimum luxuries. They also ofcourse make sure slaves are captured, held in captivity, and sold.
Murderman-Wierd name, but this person does missions and jobs that involve killing someone, and isn't afraid of getting their hands dirty.
Smuggler-Is generally in charge of smuggling anything to anywhere.
Looter-Generally does all the stealing, and is specialized in doing so.

Chef-Cooks all the food, and is incharge of keeping stock of our meat.
Bar tender-Tends to the bar in which our Headquarters posses. Serves drinks and takes orders for the chef. Is also incharge of keeping stock of all beverages.

Slave-Will be held in captivity somewhere until sold.

4.0 Factions
All races are generally allowed into the guild. Seeing that our headquarters is based in Stormwind, which as we all know is an Alliance city, which means that those of the Horde will not be allowed into the base. You are still welcomed to join the association though and will get the same luxuries of others in your rank, but will just not be allowed to enter the Headquarters due to faction boundaries.

5.0 Pay
Pay goes by how much you earn. At first you'll most probably not earn any pay at all, and in order to make some money you will have to work in the pub, where you can always make money, and until you are assigned a mission, you will not make any money.

Your pay generally relies on how much you are paid from your contractor, but at least 40% of it goes to the association, but in return you will be provided with food, a bed for the night and even body guards, weapons and other items which you can use to complete the mission. Please note that Horde members will get extra pay, in order to compensate for the fact that they will not get food, a bed for the night, etc.

If you have a lack of missions/jobs, you can always work in the pub. You could serve drinks, cook food, manage stock/income, etc. If you are part of the Horde than you can just act as a constant ear, finding out information wherever you hear it, and besides this Horde members will unfortunately not have any other way of making extra money.

6.0 OOC Rules(ooc)
(1) Always follow the Server Rules, this rule is generally common sense guys.
(2) Check this forum as often as you can, trust me, it's important to keep up-to-date with what's happening within the guild, such as events, change in plans, etc.
(3) You can have a maximum of two characters in the guild, no more than that please.
(4) Don't join the guild then not come on after joining. Seriously, join the guild, and then make sure you take part in our activities. Those who are absent for more then 2-4 months will be kicked and will only be re-invited if they ask, and if you can prove that you'll be on more often.

7.0 IC Rules(Ic-ly this bit is called Rules)

(1) Rank is a very important rule within the association, You could be a Bartender, this means that the cook is a higher rank then you, not by much, but yes, he is. Now this doesn't mean that a Smuggler for example can go on bossing everyone under his rank, no, it doesn't. Ranks are there for many reasons, one is when the guild leader is not present, that would mean the highest ranked person would be in charge. This rule applies to many other situations, so don't forget.
(2) Respect those of a higher rank. No, this doesn't mean that those of a Murderman rank must go /salute everytime he sees a spy just for being a small distance away from him by rank. No, it just means that those under the rank of Boundarymen(this includes Boundarymen themselves) must respect all hitmans, officers and the guild boss at all times. No, this also doesn't mean that the bartender must kiss the Boss's feet, a simple /salute at first sight of the boss will do.
(3) No murder between ranks is allowed. Killing someone will lead to you being hanged or if you're lucky, you'll be banished to Outland.
(4) Anyone injured will be taken to a medical center/healer immediately.
(5) Anyone taken to jail will be backed up by the association at all times. We will try everything in our power to set you free. A lawyer, plus all fees will be handled by the guild, but your salary may be reduced in order to make up for the most of your bail fees.
(6) We are all of different races, genders and even colour. Discriminations against that will lead to a salary cut. Further discrimination will lead to further salary cuts, and maybe beating.
(7) Trying to betray the guild in anyway including intent to sabotage (Or just sabotage), tipping the guards/authority figure/bruisers of what we are doing/ our presence, will lead to a punishment that will be decided by the boss and the officers and the punishment could be anything from Salary cuts, to Outland Banishment to even Death.

8.0 Uniform(Partial ooc)

Uniform is not taken very seriously around here, though we still have it for most ranks, here's a list of ranks and they're requirements-

Officer-What is worn by the person of this rank can be chosen. Though it must be punctual, or be fighting gear.

Hitman-Similar to those of the officer, but the fighting gear must be something sly, like a mask.
Boundarymen-All Boundarymen will wear the same piece of clothing, including [item]6835[/item], [item]4333[/item], both of this can be bought from a NPC called Sindrael on GM island. For shoes make sure you're wearing either [item]2143[/item] or something that looks like it, must be either black or brown. You can wear any kind of belt you want, just as long as it's decent. If a Boundaryman is sent to keep an eye/protect someone, and no-one else except for the one they are protecting must know they're identity, then you may have to wear a mask, it can be any mask, the colour and what it looks like is your choice, just as long as it covers most of your face.

Spy-Your choice when you are spying on someone, you could be wearing something that makes you look normal, or maybe something that blends you to the background, it's your decision as the spy.
Slavetrader-You can wear anything whilst doing your job, just make sure it's decent.
Murderman-Refer to whatever the spy rank has to wear.
Smuggler-You can wear anything whilst doing your job, just make sure it's decent, and that it will help you with your job.
Looter-You can wear anything whilst doing your job, just make sure it's decent, and that it will help you with your job.

Chef-You can wear anything.
Bar tender- You can wear anything, just make sure you wear something decent.

One of the main reasons why we have uniform is so that we can reconsize each other, for example if we have a lot of Boundarymen at the pub one day, People part of our association and even customers will be able to reconize us, and people for example in Booty bay will see maybe two Boundarymen walking one day and know who they are. Lastly, don't forget that when you wear the uniform you are representing The Tori Associates, so don't disgrace our name.

9.0 Recruitment(ooc)
In order to be recruited, please OOC-ly whisper Asetrix or Kelane in-game for a IC interview. The interview will take place in our pub headquarters and is done IC-ly. If you can't find Asetrix or Kelane, please feel free to OOC-ly whisper one of the following Officers-
(None yet)
If you are a member of the Horde, interviews will take place in either Booty Bay or Ratchet.

Other Notes(ooc)
(1) At first when joining the guild most of our money will be made through a pub business, where we act completely normal and serve drinks, making an okay living, but as soon as we get our first contract, our real business can begin.
(2) To be a Hitman I recommend you being an assassin first, which is a prestige title as we all know. Wanting to be this rank without being an assassin requires a OOC interview, and getting this part is very complicating and hard.
(3) You may not be paid at first but will once we see the first signs of business.
(4) When you're IC, don't be an idiot and head over to Booty Bay or any other area controlled by rival gangs. Other gangs that roam around Azeroth include The Sandaxe Company who are based in around Ratchet and Booty Bay, and The Barad Company.
(5) I will choose officers, and don't think being an officer OOC and IC-ly is going to be a breeze. No, it's not, but as long as you do what you're job, then being an officer can be a easy, and a fun job.
(6) We use a roll 100 fighting/chance system, for fights there are crits but no counters.
(7) This thread IC-ly will be known as the Tori Associates handbook, all except the OOC areas, which will be marked with a 'OOC' sign next to it.
(8) NOTE- IC Death is possible when you join this guild, not as a bartender or chef, but for other ranks, yes.
