I think the GMI could have a Cooking Repices Vendor, much like all other professions. Ingredients can be easily obtained from the AH, so there's no need for that. But I can find no Cooking repices in there, so I'd have to go around the world to get said recipes.

I second the Motion. It was very ludicrous to fly about the world like a normal WoW player to attain recipes in order to level myself to 450. :P But in all seriousness it would be a great addition to the Area, or even to the Auction House. :|
