Sounds interesting. But where are you going with this? Like a Custom item they need to add or just an imaginary Rp Item? Either way I do like the idea.

They're intended to be GHI items that people can make on their own, to their specifications.

So people can end up trading them, losing them, etc. if they want, and the existence of the GHI items will back them up.

Interesting item, but not quite sure I understand the point if no one can open them except one person.

They can be opened by anyone. It's just difficult. For the purpose of more fun arpeez, I am inclined to make them easier to open. So your average Joe could open one if he worked on it a while.
