So since Kimee's the only char I play these days, and there seem to be a handful of users who seem to enjoy playing servant type characters, I figure I'd put it out there that I wouldn't mind a skeletal warrior or mage following her around.
There are certain things you should know before deciding, however.
- I'm online on weekdays from about 3pm server time to 9pm server time, and on weekends from about 11am server time to 9pm server time. If these times work for you, you may read on!
- I'm going to limit myself to just one, so this will be a "first come, first serve" deal.
- Don't apply if you don't think you'll stick with it. If down the road you find you don't enjoy it, that's fine. It'd be fairly easy to explain getting a new one.
- As a minion, you won't exactly have free will. You'll get something that emulates it, but this isn't free will but rather highly-advanced AI. What this means is that you wouldn't be able to do any critical/creative thinking. Just keep that in mind.
- Talking. I think I'll leave that to you. I know of a few ghouls who speak, but they have varying vocabularies and speech patterns. This part I'll let you have fun with.
- Range. And this is the part that's usually a deal-breaker. As a minion, you're pretty much feeding off your necromancer for sustenance. Basically, if you go too far away from her, you lose contact with the power source and fall limply to the ground. This shouldn't be a problem since I keep Kimee in the crypts almost all the time, and when she -does- leave it's to a place where her minion would be welcomed and/or needed.
- If you decide to go with Mage, I imagine you'd be limited to just Frost magic, and nothing too advanced in that area, either.
- Also keep in mind that this is a special profile and as the rules state, you must have the profile approved before creating the character. I'd be more than happy to help with the profile. I believe Peons are allowed to create special profiles, but not as their first, and Grunts, obviously, have no such restriction.
