Ok, so my little brother plays retail server, and he's going to run the patch. Pretty much nothing i can do to stop him from doing it on this computer.
So, my question is: How can i set up my comp so that i can run both Retail with the new patch, and CotH without? Is that possible?

You copy and paste your WoW Folder, patch one up and launch from whichever one you wish to play on.

You will have to make a copy of your entire WoW folder. After doing so, I would then suggest to go into your CotH WoW folder, right-click the Data folder and go to Properties, then click on the Read-Only box. Doing this -should- ensure there are no 'mistakes' when patching up the normal retail folder.
After your brother patches up the normal WoW folder, you can go and uncheck the Read-Only box.

No, be sure to run WoW.exe from the CotH folder, not the launcher.
