Super special awesome auto-banning

Having an irritating dilemma.

My second account, does not work. When I try to log into it, it tell's me this account is not available. It also makes it so when I try to log into my original account after attempting my second account only once, that account is banned temporarily. (For around 5 mins) It's a pain, and some of my character's are trapped on the second account. Help!

Ps. Ive had issues with repeated attempts at logging banning me temporarily but this time i only made one unsuccessfull attempt to get the temporary ban D:

Did you ever change your password from the random one assigned to it?

I can't remember, or figure that out, as whatever password i use to try to login to it, it still ends with the same result, that i can't log into
