Seu clumsily folds the parchment and covers it with rag, tying it to the Dragonhawk Hatchling's leg.
The parchment consists of a letter written in misshapen runes, there seem to be a numerous typos in it. It reads:-

Blue eyes,
I taking writing lessons, more costly than I thought.
I found about the she-elf, she be with her man in Booty Bay.
They seem dangerous so I sending some boys after them.
Need 40 gold to pay them, they will bring price down if you give reinforcements.
I be waiting in Booty Bay.
