I want to get in the habit of running events more, and ways to improve them. If you've been a part of them, you can lead feedback for any of these events, some of them old, and some of them new:
Atal Sul versus the Stormshade(pre-restart event)
Heretic Circus raid on the House of Autumn: Rescue Mission
Pirates we be first event: Taking our ship
Pirates we be second event: The mysterious treasure
Pirates we be third event: The Bloodsail Ship
Rate Race(event in progress)
And some characters I've been using lately:

Only one I really know about is the HC/HoA rescue thing.
Unfortunately, it was -full- of drama. Perhaps, had it been planned over a few days and had I known about it early it would not have been. I was totally fine with y'all taking Sagi. What I was -not- fine with, was y'all rushing to get him without telling me, the leader of Autumn, what you all planned to do with the tower and our captive until I saw you all sneaking around in Azshara.
From what I have heard, someone in Autumn OOCly went behind my back and planned this all OOCly without my knowing. ICly sneaking around? Fine. OOCly? Not cool.
However, as I recall, we (you, Therai, myself) discussed some OOC issues after and came to a bit of a peaceable agreement.
Far as the Pirates events, I didn't participate. So, my critique comes from outside observation, except for the last bit where y'all were in Booty Bay.
From what I heard, you did not allow Fala'thorei his proper prestige strength. I still hold to the opinion a demon hunter should not fall to simple food poisoning. He also should have gotten his proper roll bonus. Does this make things "fair" for all. No, but well...that's what you get for trying to enslave a demon hunter.
I don't really know any of your characters, so I can't offer much there.

Layna-evil genius gnome, what more needs to be said about how awesome she is?
The Circus/HoA rescue event, aside from the (unneeded) OOC drama was pulled off great. I was pleasantly surprised that it was all trust and that it was actually a highly successful trust battle in my eyes.
As for all the other events I can't comment.

I'm not sure what the HC and HoA thing was going on OOCly when we ran it. I remember being told it was Sagi's choice for what his character would be a part of and how long. I also heard OOCly a lot of people were trying not to attend out of spite. Either way it's said and done, and I do believe the OOCness shouldn't reflect on the event itself, which was pretty straightforward in rescuing Sagi. We pretty much did what was said we were planning for, which was to get him saved and get out without any unneeded deaths.
As far as the pirates one, I said from the beginning that it was a fixed event, though some people were late and missed the announcement. Also the ailment was not food poisoning, but straight poison ingested. As far as bonuses I felt like they didn't really matter in a fixed event. I also gave Fala the choice to retcon everything if he felt the actions weren't fitting to his character.
As far as the poison goes... well, I would have given it to him if somehow he was actually resistant to poison. It was still fixed in the fact that the outcome was supposed to be the success of the guild.

Yeah, I was happy once the pre-event drama passed and we were actually able to do the event. Everyone who did attend was pretty cool about the outcome of it.
Layna's become quite fun to use, so I will agree on that matter.
