I would probably ask a GM if it was a good idea to do the change you are about to do, then make an account to the Wiki and do it.

If it's just a grammar change, leave the GM asking out.

If you want to make major changes I suggest you re-write the passages you want changed and send them to Krilari/Piroska/whoever handles the Wiki, with an explanation to why you want it changed too.

Lesser changes you are free to do yourself cause they can see what you do on the Wiki and change it back if they don't approve.
