More than a thousand in Duskwood. Another thousand in Deadwind Pass. Countless other small pockets scattered throughout the Swamp of Sorrow, Stranglethorn Vale and the Blasted Land. These are the numbers of master-less undead in the area around the Catacombs. It is a small army begging for another's commands.

And the Catacombs shall oblige.

The series of events below are intended to allow players to band together and undergo a series of chained events to construct a Scourge Ziggurat. The Ziggurat will allow the Catacombs psychic control over all the master-less undead and weak-willed creatures in the surrounding zones (Deadwind, Duskwood, top of Stranglethorn Vale, Swamp of Sorrow and Blasted Land) of the Catacombs. This army will be used to strengthen the Catacomb's position in the area, whether defensively or offensively.

But such a threat will hardly go unnoticed. The forces of good will attempt to stop the fighters for the Catacombs. And it will be war.

The phase focuses on alerting the players on our intentions and getting them behind our project.

• Tournament: The Catacombs hosts a tournament, promising all those who attend a ‘marvelous prize'. Tournament is an event designed to get a large amount of people together.
  
• The Announcement: After the tournament Kimee announces her plans.
  
• Organizational Meeting: The Catacomb leaders come together to plan how they will proceed.

* Research
The phase focuses on gathering information on how to form a ziggurat. It is the first phase where enemy forces can attack us and, thusly, is combat related.

• Information: Groups begin to look into the general idea on how to build a ziggurat, create an Ash'Ari crystal and operate the completed structure.
  
• Scourge Data: Groups seek out captured/abandoned crates of Scourge Data to learn more about the formation of the crystals.
  
• Visit Ghostlands: Groups raid the Howling/Bleeding Ziggurats in Ghostlands. They defend the ziggurats while researching their construction and materials.
  
• Plan: With the information collected, the Catacombs plot how to go about the ziggurat's construction.

* Ziggurat
The phase focuses on the research of ziggurats, the collection of necessary materials and the construction. This phase allows for enemy factions to attack agents of the Catacombs and is combat related.

The phase focuses on the research of Ash'Ari crystals, the collection of necessary materials and the construction. This phase allows for enemy factions to attack agents of the Catacombs and is combat related.

This is the final phase, where all of the components are put together. This will be a combat heavy phase, with the Catacombs and the ziggurat most likely under siege.

The New Scourge
With the formation of the ziggurat, the Catacombs and its new ruler has a large group of undead at its disposal. What happens next we shall see.

* Phases marked with asterisks are free group phases. Because the idea of organizing every single one of these mini events is insane beyond belief, free group phases are phases where the duty of hosting events are handed over to guilds/small groups. These guilds/small groups are responsible for one sub-mission in each phase and host all events/combat situations surrounding it.
