Recently, i've been looking up information on Blood Knights. The only ranks I can find are Initiate, Adept, Knight and Master. Npcs have the ranks of Knight-Lord and Champion. Are there any more ranks?

Frankly, that sounds right to me. We don't have acess ICly to Knight-Lord and Champion, however. I believe that Master is questionable, but I'm not certain on that one.

Master is an obtainable rank.
Though, it is rather high up there.

I'm the one running the in-game "guild" of the Blood Knights and I generally use the ranks available through the questline and information I have found on them. Players can, currently, not reach any higher than Master simply because the Champion rank suggests a certain degree of authority that I'd be careful of letting just anyone flaunt.

Then again, the Master rank is still very high. Currently, there's only one PC Master. (Yes, hello, Krian.)

... I hope to promote more Masters in the future. We'll see.

Also, to add onto this, there is Knight-Lord and Matriarch.

Knight-Lord, as described from wowwiki, is the thought to guide young Blood Knights through their career. Higher than Champion, I'd assume these people are in charge over an entire area as there is only one in Silvermoon.

However, I think there is another that is suppose to handle Master-training, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

Matriarch, is the leader of the order. Held by Lady Liadrin.
