Duration that character will be used: Persistent

Purpose for the character/NPC: The main antagonist to Paul the Squirrel, Vincint the Rabbit, and any other PC-controlled critter, or even the pet of someone who happens to stumble upon him. The kitten is ICly meant to be Kimee Frostshackle's and ended up abandoning her after being unable to withstand the scent of his master's rotting flesh and unwilling to eat the obviously-poisoned food she tried to kill him with on several occasions.

Location the character/NPC will reside: The Elwynn, Redridge, and Westfall areas. Unless someone finds and adopts him, in which case it'd be wherever they take him.
