Somewhere on Azeroth, a small group consisting of Mortals, Demons and Forsaken, are watching every move of the Light. They watch and observe, and think about what could be done to get rid of the mongrel magic Paladins and Priests blabber about. Yes it is that magic that this group wants to get rid off.
Established by the Lord of the Sanctum of Agony, they perform foul magic. Looked down upon by the major society of Azeroth, but they do not care, nor do they believe that what the majority of people think is the right way to see things. And so they shall begin the cleansing of this unworthy magic.
Their intentions may seem cruel, evil or even insane. But that is just the thought of an unknowing citizen of this world. The Lord has made a vow to cleanse the lands of Azeroth, and so it shall be done.
“But that is just a rumor!â€Â
Because the Sanctum of Agony remains under a cloak of lies. The Sanctum is nothing more than a innocent group of magisters, and melee fighters who can be hired for anything specific. The Councilors and suppliers are there to see fit that these Magisters and Protectors will know nothing or almost nothing about the true cause the Sanctum is aiming for.
Of course the curtains will fall one day… and the Sanctum will show themselves to their audience. But when that happens remain unknown. The Sanctum has a name, it has it goals and aims, but to the world the Sanctum would be nothing else than a gathering of Magisters and Protectors, who can be hired to deal with the concerns other do not dare to stick their finger out for.

Lord of the Sanctum of Agony:
The founder of the Sanctum, someone who will be answered to – only – by those he deemed worthy enough to do so. He will be the mastermind behind all the darker actions and it will be he who will lead his men and women into battle. His word will weight heavily within the group, and his decisions will not be questioned.
Councilors and suppliers of the Sanctum of Agony:
Both the councilors and the suppliers have a high status among the other members. One does not get this rank by default, but by proving themselves worthy to the Lord.
Councilors work as the private secretary of the Lord and will make sure that whatever happens within the Sanctum, they will use both force and good words to get the work of their lesser ones improved. They arrange meetings with the Lord and those deemed worthy to have an audience with him, and they answer straight to the Lord of the Sanctum.
Suppliers are men and women with good communication skills. They make sure that the company gets supplies for any occasion necessary, and will make sure that those supplies end up with the Lord of the Sanctum or the lesser ones who asked for them. Also, they will have to use their communication abilities to improve relationships with their allies. Or to find the Sanctum new alliances. Either way the supplier is the one who is the one in charge of communication between both the Lord and its allies.
Keepers and Protectors of the Sanctum of Agony:
These fine and skilled Magisters are the core of the Sanctum. These men and women work as a research team to track artifacts, get artifacts and finally make sure that the Sanctum can advantage of the artifacts. They will be training pawns to become feared Magisters in battle. If a Magister has proved himself worthy enough by doing some great work, they move up in rank and become a Councilor.
Protects are crafted in their abilities with the sword. They do the work for the Sanctum that requires more than just a wave of the hand, no these men and women use their muscles to get their jobs done. May it be an assassination, picking up an order or anything else that requires their swords, they will make sure the job gets done. Rumor has it that some Protectors have either become a Councilor or Supplier. But that is only a rumor… Or not?
Pawns of the Sanctum of Agony:
Low ranked members who haven't earned the respect nor have they found a way to ‘impress' the Councilors or suppliers and will be seen as the ‘Lesser ones' of the Sanctum. Their words are just a small wisper to the Councilors and Suppliers, but maybe a Protector or Keeper has more interest in them. These people have to prove themselves upon moving up in ranks.

* The Sanctum does not work with any organization or group dedicated to the Light.
* The darker your intentions the better you fit with us.
* Mages, Warlocks, Deathknights and even rogues and warriors are all welcome.
* Researches will be funded by the Lord and councilors. Get higher up and you may even get paid for the goals you completed for the Sanctum.

*All other server rules apply in this guild as well.
*It is an neutral/evil aligned guild, so take in account that your character could get harmed/maimed/killed.
*Besides the dark side of the guild will this guild also be exploring both Azeroth and Outland.
*Players who like to think of ideas to improve the guild will have a chance to shine. Since we will be doing events once the guild gets enough members.
