Race of character/NPC: Former human, now a rat.
Class of character/NPC: Former mage, nothing special now.
Name of character/NPC: Zeprix Zedrin (IG display name: Zeprix).
Exact modelID requested: 48537 (Prison rat ID)
Duration that character will be used: Persistent (may be temporary, due to the RP concept I am thinking of. Though how temporary, that I do not know)
Purpose for the character/NPC: The purpose of this character is simple. I've been thinking of having a situation where a human mage got transformed, or morphed by another mage/wizard. This happened willingly, due to the other mage/wizard threatned to kill the character I am going to play, Zeprix', wife and child. With that story clear, I thought that I would have to find a critter that would be suited more for such a morph. And what's not better than a rat? The mage/wizard who morphed Zeprix into a rat, died one year later. That way, everything the mage/wizard knew about this formulas to morph 'enemies' into different shapes - are gone. Anyway, a little more information on how I am going to play this character:
First off all, the character will keep all of his knowledge (he can't do spells or anything like that), his intellect and such seeing as this is just a morph, not just a random critter. That being said, I will not be able to speak or communicate through Common or any other language (except "rat" language with other rats). If a skilled mage throws a spell on me and make me speak, that would be a plus later on. That would make me able to speak common. Though the main, out of character, purpose of this character is to have a different kind of roleplay which could lead to interesting situations.
In characterly, the purpose of the character is to find a solution to come back into his original form. Though personally I hope I am able to stay as a persistent character, that he would not be able to get back to his original form (human mage).
Location the character/NPC will reside: In every city or village it is suited for a rat to be. Of course, since this rat is a former mage who got morphed into a rat so he would stay in cities/villages where he could try to get help from mages/spellcasters to transform back into a human again.
Level requested: 80, though the level is only OOC and it doesn't really matter.
Any special equipment needed: None, though if possible; I'd like him to get neutral with horde factions. Since he'll be a rat, I'd think it would be alright as I doubt guards would attack a rat.
I hope you guys like my idea and that this idea will go through, as it would give a lot of roleplay to me and of course to my surroundings. Any thoughts on this? Any at all?
