Cache Purge [WotLK]

You can use this easy batch file to purge your cache folder on a single click. Just place it in your WoW directory and then run it!

It deletes the following cache files:

creaturecache.wdb
gameobjectcache.wdb
itemnamecache.wdb
itemtextcache.wdb
npccache.wdb
pagetextcache.wdb
questcache.wdb
wowcache.wdb

Note that it does NOT delete the itemcache.wdb file, as that would cause you to need to use your goggles a lot again!
