Hello everyone, my name is Liam and this is my introduction!
First and foremost: Tell us about yourself, as a player:
When it comes to playing a character in a RP, I usually play a character who has had a troubled past. For example: Parents dying, bad marriages, and so forth. But sometimes I like to play other kinds of characters, I like new ideas. As a RPer I think I'm pretty good. I have RPed for about four years and got serious after a year of doing it. The first game I roleplayed in was Runescape, you have to start somewhere! But almost 90% of my RPing has been in WoW, I just love WoW RP! Back to RPing as a character, like I said I like to play serious characters, I love comic relief moments. Sometimes I think of corny jokes to lighten the mood, hoping the other person is only laughing so I won't be insulted. I think everybody who meets me thinks that I am at least decent, I think. But as a general gamer, I am very active, for sure! I also play Minecraft, and um... that's the only other game I play I guess.
What country do you come from? What is your primary language?:
America, so I am very fluent in English.
How did you get into Warcraft?:
I think how I got into the universe of Warcraft is awesome! When I was a kid, my family and extended family had a lot of gatherings. My uncle said he just quit WoW, and thinks I should get the free trial when I got home from the gathering. Guess what? For the first few months, I was playing 8 hours a day! I loved it! But of course this was in TBC and WOTLK, not Cataclysm.
What made you seek our server over others? (Or how did you find us?):
I found this server quite oddly, I just typed in google, "World of warcraft RP private servers" and found this. I didn't choose this right away just to make sure I looked at all my options, which wasn't many. This server sounded very organized and well-made! So I decided to join it.
What kinds of roleplay do you enjoy?:
Any, actually. I don't mind ERP if someone just whispers me "Hey baby, wanna have fun?" IF me and another character has gotten to know each other, I am fine with that.
What is your favorite race/class? Why?:
For Horde? Orc Death Knight, because I like how the Orc's are savages, and the Death Knight aspect makes them scarier.
What are your expectations of this server?:
To give me a fun and memorable RP experience. To have a friendly community and have a great time! I want to be thinking of COTH 10 years of now, and remember times a decade ago.
Out of all of our rules and regulations listed on our server, which appeals to you the most?:
In my opinion, that any kind of RP is allowed as long as the participants are comfortable. I always like servers that do this, it lets the players do what they want. It lets the players be a little more loose, and they have more freedom.
Lastly, tell us a story! It can be short, it can be long; but most importantly, we want to see your work in action. Go!:
If I'm correct, I don't need to do this yet. I will IF I apply to become a grunt. I want to make sure that I like this server before I create too many details. If I am mistaken, I will create a story.
Is there anything else you would like to add, ask, or otherwise clarify?:
I don't think so, but can I ask a admin or whatever if I think of something? I would just like to add that how you set up the introduction system is first rate! It truly does test the person who is applying to make sure they have the potential to join the server.
