First and foremost: Tell us about yourself, as a player:
I just recently stated to RP(be gentle), I first started with Dungeons and Dragons and from there moved on to the World of Warcraft pen and paper game. I have never been part of an online RP community before.

What country do you come from? What is your primary language?:
I was born and raised in Ireland but I now reside in America, my primary language is English.

How did you get into Warcraft?:
My roommate has a relative that works for Blizzard, and when she heard that I like role playing games she had him send me some of the source books along with a copy of WoW saying that I would enjoy it immensely. And she was right the lore and setting of Warcraft is just amazing.

What made you seek our server over others? (Or how did you find us?):
It was recommended to me by a friend in my D&D/WoWRPG group. She said that you able to be a necromancer, which is what I play as.

What kinds of roleplay do you enjoy?:
As I'm new to online RP I don't know the different kinds very well, my group is full of casual/hardcore RPers and I feel as if I'm a mix of the two. And I'm always willing to try something different if it's fun and benefits story.

What is your favorite race/class? Why?:
Human Necromancer. To me, the recent history of the humans is just fantastic. It feels much more involved than the other races lore. And even though some races(elves in particular) have long in depth lore, it just doesn't feel as if you're really connected to it. I believe that the RTS games have a large part in my feeling.

What are your expectations of this server?:
My expectations of this server are relatively high. It seems to be full of polite and friendly people, which is a huge draw to me.

Out of all of our rules and regulations listed on our server, which appeals to you the most?:
Tolerance and Respect. I personally believe that everybody should respect each other. And tolerance is also important, especially in an RP setting. Many people are beginners and if some elitist jerk comes along and tells them they suck, they'll just feel bad and leave. Instead I think people should assist those who don't know how to RP that well.

Lastly, tell us a story! It can be short, it can be long; but most importantly, we want to see your work in action. Go!:
I would rather prove myself in game, but if I'm asked to I'll come up with something.

Is there anything else you would like to add, ask, or otherwise clarify?:
Is there RP happening actively in many places? Or is it usually localized to various cities?

If you haven’t already browsed around already, please do make sure to check out the rules and policies so you’re familiar to the server’s expectations!
As for making your first character, there are a lot of helpful articles and guides for you to read up on in case you don’t fully understand the lore. The wiki also contains helpful tips for making a character and for when you’re writing your first profile, such as weight and height.

When you get your account created, make sure to /join Chat and /join Barrens for if you have any questions not answered in the forums. If I’m online feel free to whisper me or send me a PM.

A story will be needed to become a grunt in a months time, which sadly you have to be in order to put up a speical profile which is required for a Necromancer but, the month will fly by fast, I'm sure! RP happens in a lot of places and you can use the /who list to see where everyone is at, or ask over one of the chat channels. When you do decide to put up a story for grunt application, you can write it on the intro, or write it elsewhere and link it in your gruntship application. -nod-
