So! Time for another revision update as well as more testing to try and get custom phasing specified in the database to 'stick' - that is, the character will be set to the phase specified. If this works, it'll make the custom portals and setting custom phases much easier.
Estimated downtime is just a few minutes! Server's back up! But the phasing thing is still no worky.
