There I was, roleplaying as hard as I ever could, but an idea struck me...

WOOSH! This.. new sensation! It is... sweeping... thy nation! It may be deadly! Dangerous! Sexy! Romantic! Zombifiac! But either way... it is a sensation! And it is sweeping... the nation!

Now that I have gotten your attention, let me tell you about this deadly, dangerous, sexy, romantic, and zombifiac sensation...

Introductory

This is your local GRBS, Goblin Radio Broadcasting Service with today's top headline! Dalaran Shipment Gone Wrong! What is this shipment that went wrong you ask? Well we have two.. erm... special guests today, from Stormwind and Orgrimmar. Let's meet Stormwind's guest, Mr. Kaiden Shelbies! Mr. Shelbies, you are on the air with GRBS! What is your input on this shipment?

"Well, you see, Mr. Whiznet, I was in my office in the Mage Tower in Stormwind taking inventory like I usually do, and then I noticed a suspicious crate marked, 'DO NOT OPEN! MARKED UNSAFE BY DALARAN HEALTH COMMUNITY CORPS.' Curiousity got the hold of me and I opened the crate carefully, inside was a note saying, 'I see you do not heed our warning, but be warned! This is dust with unknowable damages about it, it may cause any damage! Close the crate and teleport it back to DHC Corps. Headquarters immediately.' Terrified, I teleported it out like the instructions said, but my spell must've fumbled from terror as the crate broke and the dust flew out everywhere! All over Stormwind! Left on the ground was a Possible Side Effects Warning that read: Possible Side Effects May Include: Nausea, High Temperatures, Sores, Memory Black Outs, Loss of speech, Loss of Humor, High Blood Pressure, Death, Loss of Spell Rememberance, Sight Floaters, Sight Splotches, Auditory and Visual Figments, Alzhiemers, and Suicidal Thoughts. Consult your Doctor before use."

"Sum sum, Goblin! Me take note of stuffs little Goblins bring! One Goblin bring Krolk big crate, Gobby say, 'Yo! Mistah Big Orc! Know where I put dis mysterious big ol' crate, eh? I think it's from Hummies try tah poison us, know wha I mean?' Krolk answer, 'No, me no know what Gobby mean. But put crate next to Krolk and LEAVE!' Lil' Gobby run 'way like lil' Gobby baby to lil' Gobby mommy! Krolk open crate, in crate dust like Hummie story! Krolk suspicious of dust and feed it to Krolk's baby wolf, baby wolf go die! Krolk sad, then Krolk toss dust into water, but water got dirty, so Krolk put in all Orgrimmar waters! Once Krolk finish, Krolk go back work!

This is a large-scale disease-spreading roleplay. Infected individuals are out and about trying to spread the disease to you! Of course, as always, you have the final say as to whether or not your character will be infected. The opportunity is there. If you come across an infected person, you will be given the chance to /roll. 1-50 = Infected. 51-100 = You have a strong immune system (not infected ).

Natural Resistances
Draenei
~*~Being from many distant planets, the Draenei have developed slight natural resistances to this disease.
--Less chance of receiving. +3 to chance roll.
--Less often seen figments. You won't see/hear figments as often.
--Not as frequent nausea.

Dwarf
~*~Being weather hardened and tough, Dwarfs have also discovered a slight resistance to this disease.
--Less of a chance of receiving. +1 to chance roll.
--Lower fevers.
--Not as frequent nausea.

Gnome
~*~Having dealt through the Leper disease(not sure about what it's called), the Gnomes have found a slight resistance.
--Less of a chance of receiving. +1 to chance roll.
--Not as frequent nausea.
--Less figments. You won't see/hear figments as often.

Human
~*~Having fought valiantly through the Plague, the Humans have also discovered a resistance.
--Less of a chance of receiving. +2 to chance roll.
--Not as frequent nausea.
--Lower fevers.

Night Elf
~*~Night Elves are a race which is highly in tune with nature, they have a special connection to it which is evident by their ability to become Druids, enter the Emerald Dream and live a life of immortality due to the blessings they had on Nordrassil.Credits to BountyHunter
--Less of a chance of receiving. +3 to chance roll.
--Not as frequent nausea.
--Not as frequent audial figments.

Blood Elf
~*~Blood Elves have also survived through the plague, the same which the Humans did. They had the Scourge march through their land and besieged it, corrupting the land in their wake. It would be understandable if they had resistance due to this event, alike how Humans gained their own.Credits to BountyHunter
--Less of a chance of receiving +3 to chance rolls.
--Lower fever temperatures.
--Not as frequent visual figments.

Orc
~*~Dealing with Internment Camps, the Orcs have a resistance.
--Less of a chance of catching. +2

Tauren
~*~The Tauren have also discovered a resistance.
--Less frequent nausea.
--Lower fevers.
--Not as frequent, or as long memory blotches.

Troll
~*~The Trolls have also discovered a resistance.
--Less frequent hallucinations.
--Lower fevers.

Undead/Death Knights
~*~The Undead, being undead, have also a resistance.
--Less of a chance at catching. +10 to chance roll.
--Little to no fevers.
--Little to no nausea.

And that isn't even half of them! Though, you may still have a chance at already being infected due to the randomness of the event.

Psst, Evaszion, mind telling us the symptoms? Oh sure! Here are the first stage symptoms!

High Fevers~ 100° to 115°

Brief Visual Figments~ You'll see a wispy, transparent picture, usually from an important event from one's past. You'll blink, and it's gone.

Memory Blotches~ You'll try to remember something... and it seems like it fell into a black hole, you'll think about it five minutes later, and you remember it again.

Nausea~ Self explanatory, you'll just want to puke. Blech!

Brief Audial Figments~ You'll hear something, turn towards it's voice, nothing's there, and the voice is gone.

Volunteers! Here's a sign up list. Just post in the thread to volunteer to be a SICK MENDER this is not for being ill. Anyone can be ill without having to sign up. Just show up ill or show up to get tested.
