Just to note, every hour Karthrok on GMI will cast four AE buffs (though bear in mind you have to be in Line of Sight to him). These buffs are:

[spell]22888[/spell]
[spell]16609[/spell]
[spell]24425[/spell]
This will serve the purpose of helping lower-level characters go through more dangerous locales during RP as well as providing a boon for leveling and other PvE endeavors.
Note that you'll be able to judge approximately when he'll be recasting the buffs by seeing what duration is left on the buffs on him. They're casted relevant to when he last casted them, not to server time.

Can a person or a group utilize these same buffs to do a dungeon or a raid?

I would ask that Warlord's presence would be removed, as it stops PvP from happening... or at least breaks my class because I can't fear, slow, daze, I'm sure other classes agree...
edit: Rogues cannot stealth either.

I have decided to change the NPC casting the buffs so Karthrok's aura won't affect nub PvP shenanigans. Now, Krovnar shall be the buff provider! He will be lounging upon the big hill on GMI.

I'm wondering were PvE buffs removed for good or just on after restart todolist?
I kinda liked them ;]
