So Frost Oil is only used for a handful of items and a couple quests, but I'd like to see it sold in perhaps the Engineering Vendor. The recipe is way out in Alterac Mountians, and last time I went to get it (pre-restart) I needed someone to spawn the vendor it for me. Thoughts?
