The Scarlet Enclave on the teleporter list

I think without any alteration this place could be used as a ghost town. It has no NPCs, it requires no phasing.

There was a time when the Heretic Circus used it and I was willing to bike down every person to get the flight paths so our guild could rp there. I could try again but it's a rather time-consuming process and I don't know who'd want to come. Anyways, it's pretty much the place you wrecked in the Death Knight event line and as it is I think it could be used as an eerie and empty place.

Perhaps if not there, is the Light's Hope chapel on the list? That could be useful because it's a short run to get from Light's Hope to the Scarlet Enclave.

As for the Light's Hope chapel, the .taxi command could prove to be very helpful.
Simply go to any flight point in the Eastern Kingdoms, type .taxi in the chat and fly to the Chapel.

While you do only have it three times per character, i'm sure it'd be worth it.

Anytime! Just remember to take the Light's Hope flight point once you arrive there!

The Scarlet Ruins are huge and expansive, though, so it may be wise regardless to add an OOC portal there.

OOC portal is still the best pick for those who like to get to it pronto.
Some people load maps slowly or portions of the world phase.
