Update: He woke up, he's talking, he's breathing, and the reason he was in there was entirely his fault for something asinine. He's going to be kept in the hospital for today, and he'll be home tomorrow. Despite being dead for five minutes, he learned nothing and is going to continue down his path.

Still "gone" just in case something else happens.

He's back home, and from what the doctors said, he might have actually learned something when he left him in the hospital last night.

And yes, he was legally dead for a bit yesterday.
