Remember: the items can only be added if they exist on an NPC. Even then, sometimes the items don't work.

Dunno about the white fez but the black abjurer's hood is perfectly possible, as the model is there it's just leather. Also, I think Lor'Themar's gear already exists throughout various other sets, or at least something roughly similar. (Why would you be wearing lore figure armor anyways?)
