Not going to be active for a while

I really haven't been on the server that much recently, and that's due to the end-of-semister crunch, which looks a bit rough for the next two weeks. And then I need to pack everything up and go back home to another state.
And earlier this week came a reminder of how we will never be free from the ripple effect of my father's overwhelming selfishness in the form of my mother's radius being snapped clean and her arm being in a cast. She's already been having knee troubles for over a year and a half, and she was just now getting to the point where she could be alright with a cane for a little bit, so yeah. I'm going to be spending a most of time with her when I get back. She's awesome, so its not like I'm going to suffer for it, but it does mean that I'm not going to have much time for gaming.
And then sometime after that, (Hopefully after she's out of the cast) I'm getting surgery myself. I should be fine unless they royally screw up or I get an infection in the organ in question. (For "major surgery" its pretty minor) I have no idea how that will effect me, though, so I can't guarantee that I'll be of the mind to RP much before a trip with some friends of the family to their family's vacation home (a good thing, yay!) and they don't have internet.

So that's more or less my schedule for the next few months; things may change and I could get a fair deal of opportunities to RP, but I'm not going to count on it.

All the people in my immediate family have some kind of trauma or drama right now, and other stuff is being rough, and my computer is at the point where its not cooperating with any even moderately intensive computer programs.
