There's a set of NPC only white Cenarion Shoulders. Two NPCs that I can think of wear it. This guy in WOTLK, and this (awesome) lady in Cataclysm.

I don't know how about getting the item ID, but I'm sure someone could help me figure it out. They're too cool to not have.

I -think- we have those already, though the name escapes me. I recall seeing them, or at least something like them that wasn't green or brown.

Edit: Petrified Shoulderpads. At least I think they're the right color
