If you know who I'm talking about, hazzah. If you don't. Think Dragon Age 2 anti mage ghost elf. Is it possible to have his abilities (You know, that ghost thing? Reaches into your chest and crushes your heart?) at all? Course it wouldn't be OP, probably more of having the opponent immobilized first or what have you.

I was bored and read back up on him, the idea came, and so now I'm asking. Please don't go lolnope, it's kinda offensive .o.

Seems implausible considering the magic available. The only thing that I could see being related is spirit walker's ability to shift planes? But honestly bad things would happen if they reached inside of someone and then shifted back.

Well, there's some kind of telekenesis in the Warcraft universe, but there really isn't much detailed information, and that sounds like your best bet for heart crushing. Perhaps have a rather vile Alteration-based mage?

Or perhaps a blood-based Death Knight? I don't know too much about that school, but couldn't one potentially be able to part someone's flesh like some sort of horrible, evil zombie Moses and squish someone's heart?

I believe Blood Death Knights using blood in such a way involves the infected's consent. Think of it like a shadow priest invading another's mind. You can do what ever you want at that point.

As for the mage, sounds interesting. I may look into that.
