Can anyone link me to an armour set that looks Orcish in nature and resembles something an Orc foot soldier would wear? Not the grunt set, preferably something heavier. Thanks!

You could always try out one of the Cobalt recolours. They're relatively practical, compared to most WoW armor, and look fairly heavy while still being at least semi-light in the areas that appear to be leather.
