First and foremost: Tell us about yourself, as a player:
'Allo, my name is Dillon. The name I generally go by in games (such as my steam name, Aion name, and Rift name) is Morky. I play boatloads of TF2 (currently training for Highlander, I'll be playing scout), and when I'm majorly bored I'll play Counter-strike:Source or Blacklight Retribution. Hell, maybe even Skyrim (though I still prefer Morrowind). I'm 15, but I'll be turning 16 on the 2nd of August.

What country do you come from? What is your primary language?:
I hail from the not-so-glorious U.S.A, and my primary language is English, although I speach a little German, and I can, half of the time, re-call what I was taught in my Latin class and transcribe Latin neatly. I do plan on learning other languages, primarily Chinese/Japanese (for business purposes) and Arabic.

How did you get into Warcraft?:
I got into World of Warcraft before The Burning Crusade was released. I remember that I had a level 40 hunter and my account got closed because my young self had a very colorful language. I got another account, though, and played from TBC to WOTLK and stopped giving them my money before ICC opened up. The only reason I got into WoW was because somebody had given it to me for Christmas -- before WoW, I had been playing Everquest. God, I loved that game.

How did you find us? Did anything in particular draw you to the server?:
How I found you guys was from another server, actually. I used to play on Prologue, but it's down as far as I know. I knew a lot of people who came from here and were playing on Prologue, also. The thing that piqued my interests most about this server was, of course, the roleplay. On a side note, no, I will not tell you who I was on Prologue. Sorry if this sounds shady.

What kinds of roleplay do you enjoy?:
I love all kinds of roleplay! From fighting off Worgen in Darkshire to walking from Redridge to Westfall just to go fishing. I'm a very relaxed type of roleplayer, I don't enjoy being a gigantic hero, though if it calls for it, I can fit the role. I usually enjoy playing a simple character, such as a fishermen.

What is your favorite race/class? Why?:
My favorite race would have to be a dwarf. I love their lore, and I love their thick beards and accents even more. My favorite class would have to be a Warrior. You may sigh upon reading that that is my favorite, but let me tell you -- you can be so many things as a Warrior. A wizard in training, a mercenary, a paladin in training -- it's endless!

What are your expectations of this server?:
Honestly, I expect roleplay. I expect good roleplay. I've seen my amount of 'lolRP' (got to love that term Stromgarde came up with) on Prologue, and I can deal with it pretty well. I don't expect godly roleplay from every single player, but just decent roleplay. I can understand if you're new to all of this. Hell, we all were at one point.

Out of all of our rules and regulations listed on our server, which appeals to you the most?:
The most appealing rule to me would have to be the regulations on a player's maturity. I love that you guys have a set out rule for this, because I can't tell you how many immature bigots I've seen in my time of playing multiplayer games.

Lastly, tell us a story! It can be short, it can be long; but most importantly, we want to see your work in action. Go!:

It was Morndas, 18th of Last Seed. The night had grown old. I was slumbering away on the hay laid out in the corner of the cabin, my iron dagger under my deer-hide pillow, when I was rudely awaken. Somebody was whispering into my ear and gently nudging me.
"Baldash, wake up!" whispered Sven, extremely close to me. I groggily rubbed my eyes and peered at him through my half-open slits, for some peculiar reason, he was wearing the helmet we had picked up off a dead elf.
"Sven, what do you wa--", I was quickly cut off by the sound of metal on wood. Loud thuds coming from the front door of the cabin.
"This is First Lieutenant Kilof of the Imperial Guard stationed in Rorikstead! Open your door, immediately!", shouted a gruff voice.
"Baldash, what do we do?!", whimpered Sven, his eyes already tearing up.
"For the love of Talos! Sven, get in the corner and throw a blanket over you. I'll deal with this", I said as I quickly hid any and all Stormcloak emblems and gear into a chest. After hiding everything, I slpped on my leather tunic and put on some britches, walking towards the door and preparing my voice as I opened it.
"Hello there, Lieutanent. How can I help y--", I was rudely cut off as the Lieutanent screamed in my face, with two men behind him, their swords at the ready.
"You will let me inside this cabin this very moment! The other villagers have given us info that you're harboring Stormcloak refugees!" he said, spit flying everywhere.
"Look, I really don't know what you're talking about!", I managed to stammer.
"Villager, we can do this the easy way, or the hard way.", Kilof said as he grinned wickedly, the two men behind them raising their swords and shields. I sighed, giving him a cold stare.
"I always was one for a challenge", I said, giving a small chuckle.
"Are you mocking me, you daft foo-", he began to say, unfortunately for him, though, he obviously didn't know who I was.
"FUS RO DAH!" I shouted, with all of my might, in the ancient voice of the dragons. The three Imperials were thrown backwards with brute force into a cow. Whether they died on impact or were merely unconscious, I would never know.
"Baldash, was that necessary?!", yelled Sven from under the blanket in his corner.
"Yes, Sven, it was. Now grab your stuff and lets go, we're headed for Falkreath.", I retorted. I grabbed my hunting bow and quiver off the bedside table, slammed my steel sword into its sheath, and ran outside, jumping onto my mare and waiting for Sven.
"Alright, I'm ready!" Sven yelled, as he ran outside and jumped onto the same horse, sitting behind me. I gave the horse a sharp kick in the sides and it began to trot off. To Falkreath, we go.

Is there anything else you would like to add, ask, or otherwise clarify?:
I'm not the best at grammar, so sorry for any mistakes. Also, sorry if the story is bad. I'm not very good at writing. If you wonder why it's a Skyrim story, I've been playing Skyrim lately.
Oh yeah. Some of you might know me as 'Dert' from Prologue. Troll Rogue. Just thought I should add this.

Welcome to the Horde!
Being part of the Alliance is okay, too!

That was a nice story there. Not the biggest fan of Skyrim, still find Morrowind to be superior, but you got some nice writing. I like it. Be sure to give me more writing in the future. Writing that is Warcrafty.

If you haven't already, be sure to read these:

1.Rules

2.Policies

3.Guides

But since you've done private server RP before, I bet you already read them, right? I knooow yoooou!

Any questions? Ask me. Or others. Others are okay, I suppose. Beyond that, welcome to CotH! Hope you stay!
