Sub guilds would be hard to manage and quite frankly, a pain in the bottom. A lot of people not knowing what's going on and possible friendly fire. It could work, just a lot of unnecessary work.

I agree with the others, let's keep the guild (and any other separate guilds we might make) in one thread so we can keep things organized. Would hate to get too spread out.

I'll offer some advice, if you'll have it, based on experience.

A couple summers ago, I was a co-leader of a rather large guild. Instead of splitting, like you're planning, we merged with another guild. Still, we had the issue of multiple leaders under the same heading.

It went South reeeeeeeally fast.

I highly, highly recommend you stick to one guild, and let things grow organically instead of trying to force a story, or conflict.

I don't say this often but QFT c0r.

Let's just stick with the Red Rose for now, would hate to see things fall apart due to splitting up :>

Lol, just an idea (Though you where all for it when we talked about it ingame flip flopper >.<). This guild is unlike other guilds in that...well...we are mant to be back stabbing :P I'll hold off until all my officers would like it (Which is probably a no xD). Man this thread needs a clean out :P

Can all Red Rose members post here and say whom they are in the Red Rose? Just need to see who's who. (Was going to wait to do this in a sub-forum but /shrug)

Agreed with the splitting thing. I had a guild that split into two and one guild is always favored or one group being left out. To the point where we ultimately reemerged the guild. I am up for backstabby though if thats what you want. But we should backstab oocly as one, like a family.

Celen, you should know that :3
And yeah, splitting it up would be wise, I agree with Pharaoh's statement

So how do you plan to split up the guild?

It goes now as: Stealth Leader| Inner/outer member| Red General
Blood sneak | Red something | Red Warrior

That's how the "factions" go :P

While I'm not sure how many people are in the Red Rose, splitting it into 6 different guilds seem a bit much. Speaking from personal opinion, I think it would make the different guilds more distanced from each other, and the main guild in general.

Once again: splitting the guild is not a good idea.
