First and foremost: Tell us about yourself, as a player:
I am a developer/programmer and I got into rp through a freind who invited me to a roleplaying server called Chronicles of azeroth, It was good until the owner left and ruined it. Ive found a way to create pathing npcs to preform scripts without using the database, which i used to create some great events such as the assault on ironforge and sunken temple work, I did some lore writing for some of the horde stuff on COA because most of the players and admins only played alliance.
What country do you come from? What is your primary language?:
Canada. English.
How did you get into Warcraft?:
I moved to warcraft after Dark age.
What made you seek our server over others? (Or how did you find us?):
I used to be a devolper and admin on Chronicles of azeroth and EOTP private servers, they both were abandoned by the owner and I was sent out looking for a new one.
What kinds of roleplay do you enjoy?:
Tribal rp and hostile takeovers.
What is your favorite race/class? Why?:
Troll shaman. I find troll lore interesting
What are your expectations of this server?:
Im hoping that I can rp as some of the less popular races without being forced to play humans. I also hope to be able to construct areas out of gobjects and build some advancements to get things going
Out of all of our rules and regulations listed on our server, which appeals to you the most?: The sign-up process is interesting
Lastly, tell us a story! It can be short, it can be long; but most importantly, we want to see your work in action. Go!:
This is some of my old work. My first event I had created as admin was a expedition to northrend. as part of making an event we had to throw together a little backstory, while it isn't very good. its what i could find on file.
Long ago in ancient Ulduar, the great steam golem constructs were being produced. The engineers of storm peaks built many prototypes, some of which were used, while some were abandoned for defects. During this time many steam golems were made to be used as guardians- they were strong, could speak the language of their creators and could learn advanced concepts. However one golem known as Kethhash, suffered major defects. It was having difficulty speaking, its movement was clunky and broken and it often tired for energy. The chief engineer tirelessly attempted to repair the defect, Although he could not be certain he assumed it was a weakened core, but once a core has been bound - it cannot be exchanged. To protect his reputation, he decided to scrap it for parts. he climbed up to Kethhash's body-plate, opened the access hatch and began to work at it. However there was something about kethhash that even he- in all his intellect was unaware of. although bound to its masters, unlike others of his kind - Kethhash's fractured core which housed the bindings caused the bond to be temporarily broken, allowing Kethhash to act on his own will. It became enraged, throwing the engineer off his chest and swinging his robotic fist towards the engineer, kethhash's crippled movement allowed him to dodge the attacks and sprint out of harms way. Kethhash recklessly charged at him with full force, determined to crush his foe, until suddenly it stopped, its energy spent, Kethhash lurched over and came to a complete stop. The engineer then disabled him permanently And decided the parts must have been tampered with, in fear of the faulty golem ever being reactivated, he brought the golem to a cave far away. There the Kethhash waits to be found once again.
