Is the IC explaination an extention on the existing Ratchet or is it in Thousand Needles ICly? Not sure if I missed this tidbit of knowledge but it does indeed seem pertinent.

It's a sister city to Ratchet like that one Cataclysm town. What was it--...Gaslight-by-the-Sea? I believe it is in Thousand Needles, and transport between Ratchet, and RoR is by zepplin.

I asked GMs ingame and they said it's in Barrens ICly. Dunno for sure, though.

You have been misinformed!

To clear it up: This is an extension of Ratchet in the same way Fuselight and Fuselight-by-the-Sea are in Cata; both towns technically of the same name and overseen by the same person, but separated by a brief travel for reasons of convenient building spots / resources. It is most definitely ICly in the Thousand Needles, and is mostly reached by zeppelin from Ratchet. We did this to avoid instances where people could come to 'Ratchet RP' in the actual Ratchet, and then end up confused as to why everyone is at the thousand needles, or etc.

After having explored this place thoroughly, there's only one word that comes to mind when I think to describe it.

It should have a Zeppelin or Telyporter to the Mirage Raceway! And the ale vendors should sell actually drinkable booze (for non-mages)
