Gadgetzan Trading Company
"You wanna sell your goods with no worries about nasty thieves? Come join us you lovely merchants you!" The merchants line up to sell their wares and Collecters walk around taking the just 10% tax for keeping these merchants safe. "For a mere amount of your profits me and my men can keep your merchandise from certain 'accidents' from happening in Gadgetzan. Enjoy your stay with us and we will even do the advertising."
ICly
This guild is to make all these merchants "safe" in Gadgetzan in which your lovely master merchant Ambiquian Iskegqui is paying for. Of course selling your wares here can lead to arranged accidents if your not paying or working for Ambiquian.
OOCly
This is in -no- means trying to take from or be better then the U.T.U this guild will have no true events until Cata. Otherwise this guild is to add for more merchant RP. Yes if you plan on joining through I will ask to use only IC money, now I'll be putting up how the prices will work and such for more realism. Again this is not to take away from the trained traders or the U.T.U
Rules ICly
First: Do what Ambiquian says.
Second: Pay ten percent of all profits to the Collecters, yes this means -every- copper if it's odd the more goes to the Collecters.
Third: If you get caught doing something wrong... we will rat what else you've done to the guards so we look even better.
Fourth: Sell your wares only in Gadgetzan or if your traveling with an enforcer.
Rules OOCly
First: All forum rules apply (No you don't get no fancy link!)
Second: If your going to try and cheat us tell me OOC so I can look the other way for a little and don't be afraid to do so. I'd just like to ICly roll for it and not be completely out of it.
Ranks
Head Honcho: Ambiquian fills this and he's the leader.
Collecter: Can take the 10% tax and are -supposed- to give 7% of that to Ambiquian.
Enforcer: Bodyguards and "Enforcers" of Ambiquian's clients. They are the ones ment to beat the crap out of anyone that may irk Ambiquian.
Merchant: Sell their wares for IC money then must pay 10% or be beaten by Enforcers.
Indebt: People who haven't payed their dues and are "slaves" as such. They have 40% of profits taken until debt is payed off... with a "little" interest.
Other Wonderful Stuffs
I would like all IC money transactions posted here I'd make a sheet but that's more up to you just be clear so I can look over it.
That's it.
(So I'm a moron and forgot to post this)
