Approached by an unstable woman. Dark, reddish skin. Worn and torn clothing. Hair done up in a 'bump' with a headband. Wooden staff/walking stick. Average in height, perhaps a bit underweight. Considerably heavy drinker. May or may not frequent the tavern in the Exchange. Name unknown.

Assumed to be mentally ill, extent not known. Babbled nearly incoherently about the Blood Knights and fel. Handed me a vial of what is currently being re-confirmed as demonic blood, species unknown. Suspect fled the scene immediately after handing over the vial.

Awaiting further clearance to apprehend and question.

Personal Note:
The fact she placed this in my hand without hesitation is disturbing. Does she have more of this? Where does she acquire it? I will be recommending her capture becomes an above-average priority. Something about this doesn't add up.

Article D-9-B

Patrol taken around the outskirts of the destroyed half of the city. Mostly without event until near the end. Wretched had gathered on a hill, and began brandishing whatever weapons they have managed to scavenge. Pelted the patrol with rocks for a few moments before fleeing. No injuries reported. Atypical of the area, the Wretched usually tend to avoid patrols. Possibly mustering a force in an attempt to scare off patrols, or worse.

Assigning another patrol to be added to the route for extra security. If possible, another man will be added into each group. Will check for any Adepts or Knights without any constant work.

Awaiting further reports from the next patrol.

Personal Note:
I was tempted to class this under a C instead of a B, but there was no actual physical contact between the two groups, and seemed only to be a 'scare tactic'. Need to ask if the patrols are harassing the Wretched in any way.

Article P-20-C

Murder suspect apprehended by local Guardian. Found at the scene of the crime with the murder weapon, and confessed to the deed. Currently detained at headquarters. Claims that the victim was a slaver, and the murderer was one of their slaves.

Assailant claims they have information about one of the victims acquaintances, a supposed Necromancer. Recommending the suspects trial be put on hold until any and all information can be extracted from them and recorded. If the information proves true for both the slaver and the Necromancer, will recommend a slightly more lenient case towards the suspect.

Assigning a minimum of two (2) extra guards to the entrance, as the suspect let it be known that others may try and free him from imprisonment. There are to be two guards of Knight rank at the entrance at all times. No exceptions. Work with the Guardians to ensure that they do not escape.

Personal Note:
I assigned a class C to this case instead of an X due to that any information derived from them may be false, and lead to nothing. The fact they claimed someone will try and free them further reinforces that. I will push the case up to a prisoner class X under the claim of 'VIP' if their info does indeed prove true.
