Unfortunately, when Blizzard made the switch to Cataclysm, they did not bring along the Noggenfogger questline. However; for people who have completed it beforehand they have left a vendor in Gadgetzan that sells the item to those that completed it previously. Though since we restarted, it wiped every character and thus the noggenfogger can no longer be obtained. Would it be possible to put this item on the market either at GMI on a vendor NPC or Sprinkle Noggenfogger in Gadgetzan?
