First and foremost: Tell us about yourself, as a player: Well, I'm not sure what to write in here, but I'd say I'm an over-all friendly, interactive person. I'm open to a wide variety of roleplay and people, and I'm always looking forward to help others.

What country do you come from? What is your primary language?: United Kingdom, English.

How did you get into Warcraft?: A friend brought me to the game a long long time ago, back when it was still in Reign of Chaos, played a bit of it at his house and followed the universe ever since.

How did you find us? Did anything in particular draw you to the server?: Just Google, really, the server I was in recently fell apart, so, I went looking for another.

What kinds of roleplay do you enjoy?: All kinds, as long as it's good roleplay and everyone's being nice with each other.

What is your favorite race/class? Why?: My favorite race are Night Elves, my favorite class? Well, depends I guess.

I never gave PvP a great importance as a roleplayer, I usually pick Warrior/Rogue/Hunter unless I'm on my Highbourne, if by "class" you mean role, in that case, I usually play my main character as a Sentinel/Huntress and or as Highbourne - I never tried to actually play a Druid, don't know why, but I like the class too.

The Night Elves are my favorite because their lore is awesome, and also because they have the most interesting roles. Druids, Wardens and whatnot, even the Priestesses of Elune, they also had awesome units in the RTS games, like the Ancients, the Chimaeras, etc.

What are your expectations of this server?: I expect to find great RP here, the community seems to be very welcoming and accepting.

Out of all of our rules and regulations listed on our server, which appeals to you the most?: Mostly those that don't give players -immense- amounts of freedom, meaning, you can only do some commands, like scaling and adding items. I love that fact, since giving players too much GM freedom can ruin a server.

Lastly, tell us a story! It can be short, it can be long; but most importantly, we want to see your work in action. Go!:

The Ever Lasting Memory

A tale of sadness and grief is the one I will tell you today. It all began two weeks ago, under the embracing shadow of Raynewood Retreat.

The faithful Night Elves had organized a strike party to retrieve a priestess lost to them to a demon, currently hiding in the heart of Felwood. The demon was well guarded by many Wrathguards and Felhounds, the platform he stood upon, dark as ebony.

To attack the fortress, the Kaldorei organized a surprise ambush-attack coming in from the rear of the platform, across the mountainside that lied behind it. The party left as soon as all the Sentinels were ready, marching towards the corrupted lands.

The battle waged for hours, and finally the company had dispatched the demons in the area, only to find, with sad regret, the corpse of Priestess Liadrin.

It seems the demonic folk used her energy in a ritual of empowerment, to summon one of their own into the woods. The elves stopped the ritual in time, but, Priestess Liadrin was already dead.

Her memory lived on for many decades upon the hearts of her people, she truly did mean a lot to them

Is there anything else you would like to add, ask, or otherwise clarify?: No thank you, everything is clear enough in the website, can't wait to start RPing.

Hello there, Rubious! Welcome to Conquest of the Horde!

Fell apart? Prologue, maybe? o_o Well, I hope we can entertain you in its absence, however long it will be!

Remember to register your in-game account in the Account Management page with the exact information you registered your forum name under.

As per standard approval procedure, I'm going to link you to a few nice places that it certainly doesn't hurt if you double-check and make yourself extra familiar with. These are the Rules and Policies, as well as the FAQs. They've got a bunch of vital information in them.

Without further ado, welcome to the server and I hope we'll see you around!

Happy RPing!

Love,
GM Loxmardin
