An RP Area needs OOC Portal

There is a spot in the Arathi Highlands, up the massive cliff behind the Arathi Farm RP Zone that has a kind of vista and there is a GMed house there with the doors that can be opened and a tower which can't be climbed and has two Alliance Archers at the top. I think it would be a nifty zone for RP such as a Noble's house or hunting reserve, etc.

And there are 4 or 5 Alliance boats off the shore of the Arathi Farm that would make good for some ship RP with a squadron of ships.

Just some places I would like to be able to get to without having to fly there,

The first zone mentioned, of the one house, is an incomplete zone that I believe @Rigley was building. Once it's finished being built it will likely be put on the OOC portal!

Since we're on the subject, there doesn't appear to be a portal at strand of the ancients.
