Okay, those items have been created and added to the custom item spreadsheet. They should be active after the next server restart.
For the future, please read the body of the thread for its purpose instead of just making assumptions based on the title and then TL:DR'ing. That said, perhaps I'll create a separate topic for new item requests and let non-GMs use the spreadsheet I have here which generates item queries based on what you enter in. We shall see, as creating them by hand (even if copy+pasting and modifying the ID, name, and displayID) is extremely tedious.
