Do you know Clupeus?
#1
I suppose I've RPed him enough to ask for feedback on him. Clupeus, the golem defender of Silvermoon and Quel'thalas, is possibly my most interesting character; he is at least my most interesting character to play. Despite this I usually only RP him in short bursts and I honestly feel it's because of my own propensity to strangle RP in my portrayal of an authoritarian golem.

So I ask you CoTH, what do you think of Clupeus? Do I make RP more interesting with him or do I crush it? If the latter, I would very much appreciate advice on how to not do this and still make Clupeus a viable character. Another concern of mine is how well I'm playing out the Blood Elven law; is it too strict or fine where it is? (I don't imagine I could get the answer too lax, but hey feel free to say so if you so think.) Really, virtually anything you have to say about Clupeus that is constructive I'd appreciate.

I played with him earlier on Lovar'thil. I gotta say, I really like how you handle him. It's different than what we normally get in RP around Silvermoon, and I gotta say you do it really well! Keep up what you're doing. Definitely.

His awkwardly funny and at the same time, curiously correct statements have been a joy to watch. While you may not (or others) appreciate a support character with a slight comedic effect I believe that he helps lighten the mood if for nothing else, an OOC effect.

My favorite moment was then right before he threw a broken wagon at a raging Abomination during a Fading Scars event and he said to the effect of, "I AM COMMANDEERING THIS VEHICLE FOR THE GOOD OF THE QUEL'THALAS PEOPLE."
The true test of his choice lies forward.

I do know Clupeus, and he is a great addition to any elven RP.

I also know Percival, and I must say I'm adoring his slooow rise to maturity with the Thornsong Coven and Order of Virtue. One day he shall become a man!
Your stories will always remain...
