I've played quite of few games competitively such as Quake and Halo back in the day. But I always had a soft spot for WoW.. Playing it a whole heck of a lot and I loved the PvP/PvE aspects of the game but never really did any RP until a few years back when a close friend told me about it and I tried it.. Been hooked ever since

I'm from the United States, I've lived her my whole entire life (boring, I know) however, I've been to around 5 different states. I currently live in Ohio and speak English!
How did you get into Warcraft?:
I used to play Warcraft 3 back in the stone age and when there was news of a Warcraft MMO that was the greatest thing ever.. I've played the game since release!
How did you find us? Did anything in particular draw you to the server?:
I found the server through google looking for a dedicated RP server! And of course, the close tight knit community is very appealing
What kinds of roleplay do you enjoy?:
Chaotic RP with tons of events, drama and epic ideas!
What is your favorite race/class? Why?:
Oh gosh, I love so many classes and races I cant even comprehend
Orc/Shaman - Absolutely fantastic back story and lore. Fun to play and fun to roleplay as well!
Paladin/Blood Elf. I absolutely love the lore behind them and their ancestors. Probably the most interesting lore I've read
What are your expectations of this server?:

I'd have to say the proper use of keyboarding skills. Using and spelling out words properly just makes me feel like the community as a whole is a lot more mature.

Born in Quel'thalas around 350 years before the Orcs invaded Azeroth, Aerandil had a peaceful childhood, like most born in his time. His parents, then the current heads of the family, had a huge Noble house under them.
Although his mother disapproved, young Aerandil liked looking at guards training. And so, he quickly showed interest for sword combat. When he came of age, he started his training and studies to become what his father was before him; a Royal Guard.
Completing his initial recruit period and finishing among the top five of that year, Knight Thori’anore was first stationed near the border of Lordaeron not far from Stratholme. Even though these were times of peace, the border between the Kingdom of Quel'thalas and the Kingdom of Lordaeron had to be manned to avoid criminal activity and unwanted people from entering the elven kingdom. This being the first time he ever saw humans, Aerandil found them to be good people but that they were easily swayed.*As time passed, Aerandil was promoted to leader of a knight battalion and was regularly patrolling the border, along the famed rangers. At times he cooperated with the human authorities when this was needed. He made many friends, both humans and high elves.
When he was home on an extended leave due to the death of his grandfather, he would meet the woman his heart belonged to. Ellarian Sunglaze was her name,*and although he was stationed down south, he would travel to Silvermoon as often as he could to meet her. After half a year, he requested a permanent transfer to Silvermoon so he could spend more time with her. Fate allowed it, and soon after they married. They were eventually blessed with*two beautiful*sons who they named them Selandar and Eliadrin, assuring the succession-line for House Thori’anore. Peace was not to last however... As news of the Kingdom of Azeroth's fall to a horde of green skinned humanoids reached Quel'thalas.
As Lordaeron was attacked by the orcs, he & his knight battalion became involved and quickly took part in the Alliance of Lordaeron. Eventually as the war waged on, the Orcs were pushed back,*and his presence showed his dedication to*duty and*his professionalism in combat. During this time he received a permanent battlefield commission to Knight-Lord for his actions.*He was scheduled to follow the Orcs when they were driven*through the Dark Portal, but due to injury however, he was not able to lead his forces. He was sent back to Quel'thalas, highly decorated for his*efforts during The Second War. Peace settled again, and the family was blessed with a daughter they named Valindra.
As time passed, House Thori'anore objected when Quel'thalas withdrew from the Alliance. A military compliment was raised to protect the elves that were not living within the Kingdom and Aerandil was a part of them. Settling in in Dalaran, he would rarely see his family. At the time of Arthas’ campaign, Aerandil, the Lord of House Thori'anore, became the Commander of the City Guard, and the city’s overall defenses. He was placed under the command of Ranger General Sylvanas Windrunner due to his experience in*regional politics and his tactical skills.
Under Lord Commander Thori'anore the City Soldiers grew stronger and more experienced, and at the time of the attack it was a well trained force of defenders that opposed the massive Scourge onslaught at the gates.
Even as the Scourge broke through the City Walls, even as they were desperately defending and most had fled the city.. even then.. he defended still...
Some say they saw the Lord fighting, his bloodied purple & silver full-plate clearly visible as he commanded the defenders to hold their ground... The*single silver star on his neck protection indicating his former Alliance rank. blueish hair tainted with blood*flowing wildly in the wind as his helm had been destroyed by a head-strike... How he survived is not known... yet those who knew him confirm that it is indeed him, and that he survived.
Silvermoon City Defender: " I recall in the last hours of the battle, as the outer defense perimeter was lost, Lord Commander Thori'anore was suddenly amongst us, his commanding presence and steady voice alone kept our battle-line standing. Not moments before our commanding officer had died, and morale was collapsing..."
The noble house, House of Thori'anore, was mostly left in ruins. Their ancestral home in Silvermoon City*destroyed... most of the bloodline killed or executed. A few scattered Knights remain and some of the Lords’ own children. Just a handful of the original family are now left...
Lord Aerandil Balaniel Thori'anore now has a lot of political influence in Silvermoon City, and a strong House to back his claims. Yet he moves carefully in the halls of power for now, taking care to keep his allies close, and his enemies closer.
Silvermoon City Councilor: "... Lord Thori'anore may be a strong military leader, but make no mistake... his strengths do not solely lay with his sword..."
Three attempts have been made to silence the Lord of Thori'anore, yet he breathes still.
Silvermoon City Guard: "... Some do wish and have tried to kill the Lord Commander. But you must know that it an old wolf is harder to kill than a young pup ...:
He often feels nostalgic towards the times of the High Elves and the peace that reigned then. Yet he did not forget the Exile of his people and so, remains hostile towards the Alliance’s forces. His opposition to the new Warchief of the Horde after the Destroyer’s Cataclysm is known. As tensions arise within the faction, he still strives to unite the Horde under one banner, opposing Hellscream’s ideology and actions (such as the eviction of most non-orc races (NPCs) from Orgrimmar). Following the events of (event soon to come) , he created and led the Shaiel'dora Searo're.
