Human Witch Doctors?

Hey guys!

I was leveling in Stranglethorn vale, and I found a cave with a bunch of Kurzen NPCs. I've seen some enemies called Kurzen Witch Doctors and Kurzen Shadow Hunters.
What are they? Could some one actually RP as a human Witch doctor or Shadow hunter? (I'm not planning to play one, just popped into my mind).

Well, the thing that's special about the Kurzen group is that their leader was possessed by an Ogre. So, that's why they've all gone like that.

In terms of OOC, I'd probably say they're unplayable. Shadow Hunters, in lore, get their powers from the Loa, and the Loa are a fairly Troll-only concept. On the other hand, Witch Hunters have Shaman as their base classes, which is something Humans cannot be (yet).
