First and foremost: Tell us about yourself, as a player:
Firstly, I am a soldier. I will always follow my commanding officers orders. I love war, but war with comrades is even better. I will always do as commanded, even if it’s guard duty. My personal opinion is that there always has to be a chain of command.
What country do you come from? What is your primary language?:
I am from a beautiful country named South Africa. My primary language is Afrikaans, but I’m also fluent in English.
How did you get into Warcraft?:
My brothers are heavy Warcraft addicts. I just picked it up from them. To be truly honest, I was never a big fan of the game. Always thought it was a waste of time, all that levelling and time, for what? Just to start with a new character because the old one is at its epic peak. Then I gave it a try, and I was hooked. The gaming world of Wow was so WOW! The scenery was so awesome. From the woods to the dungeons. I couldn’t get enough. When I though it couldn’t get any better, the pvp proved me wrong. Players ambushing each other was so adrenaline rising action packed moments.
How did you find us? Did anything in particular draw you to the server?:
One of my brothers told me about a server that had RP. Then I did a little research and came to the drastic conclusion: I have to get into this server. A WOW with rp, totally unreal.
What kinds of roleplay do you enjoy?:
My best type of RP is surely playing part of a unit or battalion. From a little kid, I loved medieval stories and games like Skyrim. Following a commanders orders and working your way up the chain of command is exhilarating. I love the entire concept.
What is your favorite race/class? Why?:
My favourite race is and always will be humans. I always play human, doesn’t matter what server I join, that’s my race. Throughout history, mankind was and will always be present. The alliance stronghold is Stormwind. Nothing would please me more than being part of the force.
What are your expectations of this server?:
I want to have fun and play as a soldier following his commanders’ orders all the way. Just thinking of playing WOW in RP as a soldier makes me excited. The person who started this server was a genius.
Out of all of our rules and regulations listed on our server, which appeals to you the most?:
The one that appealed to me most was the rule where you have to be in character. I agree with this the most.
Did you know that we have a Mentor Program? It's entirely voluntary and you as a new player can sign up for it right now in your introduction! Are you interested in signing up to be assigned a Mentor? If so, say so here (Please enter at least "Yes" or "No"):
Yes.
Lastly, tell us a story! It can be short, it can be long; but most importantly, we want to see your work in action. Go!:
It was a stormy day with bewildered weather and an uneasy wind. Three soldiers stood on a slain battlefield with dead bodies surrounding them. The first one was a lieutenant of the Zaragrath Army, a son of a nobleman with the name Zuricht Murisagath. He stood unscaled looking at the two other soldiers. The two battered soldiers were just lowly servants. Their names were Lobes and Hestaht. Neither of them had a last name. Born into slavery and bred to fight wars. Both was battered and full of cuts and bruises. Unlike the young nobleman, who watched from the rear, they had to fight to survive. The war was finally over. Zaragrath rose as the victor from the nine year long war against the neighbouring country Lebrouthe.
“You fought bravely and fiercely my young comrades” said Zuricht, full of pride and joy. He knew that if the 23rd battalion had failed, he would have had to lead his unit into battle.
“Thank You, Sir!” said the men hard and proud. They knew it was finally over and they could go home as true soldiers. Victors of war and mostly, living men.
“Will you serve the king of Zaragrath longer, or do you wish to leave the army and become your own men?” asked the young lieutenant.
Both looked at each other and Lobes answered:” Please let us serve this country we love so much further, Lieutenant. Nothing would please us more”.
“You are true soldiers, no legionnaires of Zaragrath. I will inform the general of your great battle” said Zuricht proudly.
“Let’s move out!” came the command.
Both men fell into line and marched to the lieutenants’ battalion.
Lots of stories were told of the two men’s journeys. Their name became legends.
Is there anything else you would like to add, ask, or otherwise clarify?
