First and foremost: Tell us about yourself, as a player:
I have been role playing for almost 7 years now, using Retail WOW and some other private servers Such as Legacy where I was a Ranger-Captain in the Silver covenant. I look forward to roleplaying with everyone!

What country do you come from? What is your primary language?:
I am from England, and I speak English.

How did you get into Warcraft?:
My father played the game when it originally came out, I followed him at a young age and created a small character to mess around with. As I got older I became more serious with the game.


How did you find us? Did anything in particular draw you to the server?:
After looking for another Role Play server Online I found this server.


What kinds of roleplay do you enjoy?:
I enjoy all kinds of RolePlay, but I most enjoy a Medium/Large community or group, I enjoy military Role play most of all.

What is your favorite race/class? Why?:
I am and have always been a high elf and Blood elf, I love the lore behind them.


What are your expectations of this server?:
I hope to have a fun and developmental experience with this server with a story that I can aid in creating and expanding, with respectful and mature individuals.


Out of all of our rules and regulations listed on our server, which appeals to you the most?:
Respect has always been the rule that appeals to me the most, as everyone should be treated the way you would want to be treated yourself.

Lastly, tell us a story! It can be short, it can be long; but most importantly, we want to see your work in action. Go!:
A girl awoke to the sound of the birds chirping in the trees, without opening her eyes she ran her hand across the moist grass beside her, Had it been raining lightly whilst I slept? She thought. The tree on which she rested her back on must have shielded her from most of it, cuddled up to her mother, they had fallen asleep reading a book on a hill near their own. Her neck was somewhat stiff, Then a noise reached her ears, It grew louder, like a rumble of thunder, she opened her eyes, but there was nothing to be seen, again the thundering noise, growing louder and louder. Her mother awoke as she turned to look towards her.
“Mama!” she cried looking at her with worry. Her mother rose from the ground and looked to the sky, the noise still growing louder and louder with each passing second, then the tree started to shake, so did the ground. The mother threw herself to her daughter and wrapped her arms around her, still looking to the sky.
Then it came, a large plane roared overhead, then another, and another. So many passed over their heads, and headed straight past them, following the path to their town, Then they heard it. That stomach churning noise. The Sirens. The mother dragged her daughter further away and behind the tree, the girl started to cry “mama, Mama!” all the mother could do was sooth the girl stoking her hair.
Then there was the flash, so bright the mother had to look away, the sound of their town, crumbling brought tears to her own eyes, she held her the girl, and thought this was a dream, a nightmare, that she needed to wake up from. Closing her eyes, and squeezing them tighter and tighter.
The mother heard the girls voice “Mama, mama come, you will get wet” She opened her eyes, and everything was as it was, the birds where chirping and the rain was just starting to fall.

As stated before I just look forward to roleplaying with everyone, and become a part of this community.

Hello Serenity, and welcome to COTH!

If you haven’t already, please do make sure to double-check the rules and policies so you’re for sure familiar to the server’s expectations! If you have further questions, I recommend giving this guide a read, as it contains a lot of helpful information for players who are new to the server. Also, if you haven’t already, make sure to register your in-game account in the Account Management page using the same information you registered your forum name under. As for downloading the correct client and other things that you need to do in order to connect, I recommend giving this a read, as I found it very helpful myself when we made the switch to Cataclysm.

As for making your first character, there are a lot of helpful articles and guides for you to read up on in case you don’t fully understand the lore. The wiki also contains helpful tips for making a character and for when you’re writing your first profile, such as scale and height.

When you get your account created, make sure to /join Chat and /join Barrens in-game for if you have any questions not answered in the forums. Additionally, if you have skype and want to connect to the community there, we have an official skype group. For more information, read this thread. Feel free to send me a message if you need any assistance, and I’ll give if a reply as soon as I can! And if not me, any Overseer, GM, or Forum Helper.

I can't guarantee a large population on the server, but here on CotH we see military RP here and there, so if you roll a military-based character when you get in game, I can do my best to refer you to where you can take the character. Also, this is random, but I like your username.
